Structure and Principle
Dust air goes into filter space through inlet which equipped with suction valve from air flue, dust trapped on the surface of bags when dust air passes, filtered clean gas from the bag inside, goes by upper housing and lift valve, discharged into the chimney from outlet flue by draught fan, eventually enter into desulfurization tower or discharged into atmosphere.
With filter proceeding, dust layer on bag outside surface is thickening continuously, make internal and external differential pressure of the bag increasing, once achieve the predefined parameter value, PLC automatic control system will signal for offline or online ash removal, at the moment pulse valves open, outer dust breaks away from bags under the effect of injection air, falls into ash hopper, dust in ash hopper will be discharged through conveying system.
The whole filter system is controlled by PLC operating instrument, this system can be controlled by automatic, timing, constant pressure or manual. DML system of power plant dust collector is with built-in bypass system, convenient service and maintenance.
Use
Widely used in electric power, steel, building material, kiln, and chemical industries which need to deal with large air volume, high temperature, poor working condition, can be used in various complex conditions according to the bag type selection.
